Our online therapy allows you to have therapy sessions from your home, dorm room, closet, car or wherever you feel the most comfortable. No need to worry about carving time out of your schedule to drive to and from the therapy office. To ensure your privacy and confidentiality, we use secure HIPAA compliant platforms for both our electronic health record system and videochat system. You have the ability to securely videochat from your phone, tablet or computer. All you have to do is click your unique link and just like that you’re in your therapy session!

Initial Session (Intake)

The initial therapy session, also known as the intake session, is when the therapist gathers info to better understand a client's personal history and reasons for seeking therapy.
During this session, the following will occur:

Individual Session
$150
60 Minutes
These sessions occur after the initial session (intake). You and your therapist will work towards your identified goals.​ Each session will be tailored to your needs and preferences. Sessions can take place virtually at the workplace, in office, or home via phone, text messaging or video chat.
The therapist will generally begin with a session of clinical observation(s), then work with you to set specific goals and objectives to guide you through specific treatment including self management options.

Brief Individual Session
$100
30 Minutes
This session length may be the most appropriate for some children and teens. Young adults may choose this session length as well. These sessions will be conducted via phone, text messaging or video chat.

During this session, a client's health outcome can change, even when we only have 15 or 20 minutes to work with. It's a matter of setting expectations at the beginning and being up front about it. Brief visits like this is a vital tool to get the right dose of treatment to the right people, at the right time.
Benefits of Self Pay
No Diagnosis + Increased Privacy
If you choose not to use your insurance coverage, we aren’t required to give you a mental health diagnosis that justifies why you need therapy or for how long. Additionally, a diagnosis becomes a permanent part of your medical record that can impact your future insurance policies and benefits. You are not defined by a diagnosis; you are a beautiful human being who deserves healing.

You have complete privacy and confidentiality. Your personal information is secured in our HIPAA compliant electronic health record system and third-party companies don’t have access to any of your information. This means that your insurance company can’t dictate what kind of care you receive, how often you can be seen or what would work best for you. You and your therapist decide what best fits your needs!

For direct self-pay clients, we accept major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal via our secure HIPAA compliant online payment system. Alternative self pay methods may be considered on an individual basis.
In-Network Plans
​Currently we accept Aetna, Cigna, Oxford, Oscar Health, United Healthcare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts insurance plans. We are considered out-of- network for all other plans, meaning self pay is required. We accept clients claiming on their out-of-network benefits. Some insurance companies provide reimbursements for out-of-network services. We can provide a Superbill receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider to assist you with possible payment reimbursement. Please speak with your insurance provider about your out-of-network benefits prior to scheduling an appointment.

We have partnered with various referral platforms who will work with major insurance companies to manage our billing and admin work for referred in-network insurance clients, so we can place all of our focus and attention on our work together with you. These platforms are available to assist you in obtaining services and with managing everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for you. Cancel & Reschedule
Please contact your therapist via phone or email at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your session.
Cancellation Fee
Late Cancel - $150 Fee:
Applies if you cancel or reschedule AFTER the 48 hour cancellation period. Insurance does not cover late cancel fees.
No Show Fee
No Show - $150 Fee:
You will be charged the full fee if you do not show up to your scheduled session. Insurance does not cover no show fees.
